Short Introduction About Our Team
We are students from Sarıyer, Istanbul, studying at Darüşşafaka Eğitim Kurumları.
As DaçkaBots, we started our third season in FTC with great excitement. With our team of twelve members and our mentors, we dedicated all our energy to the “Decode” season, working in 3D design, mechanics, electronics, and software. At the same time, we carried out social responsibility projects, research, and STEAM activities.
Throughout this process, we improved our technical knowledge and strengthened our team communication by sharing our experience with our new members. We organized events to promote FIRST and STEAM values. By preserving our team spirit in every challenge we faced, we became a stronger, more productive team that believes in the power of learning together.
Darüşşafaka Educational Institutions is a well-established boarding school that provides full-scholarship, high-quality education to academically talented students with limited financial means and/or those who have experienced the loss of a parent. What makes us special comes from our name. “Daçka” means that Darüşşafaka students are brothers and sisters. We built our team culture on this meaning. We are not just a robotics team — we are a community that supports each other, learns together, and creates together like a family.
