22244 Nebula
Montana, USA
We are Team 22244, Nebula, based in Helena, Montana, United States of America. Our team is built around our own “constellation”—the 4 C’s: Curiosity, Collaboration, Community, and Creativity. These values guide everything we do, from how we design and iterate on our robot to how we support each other as a team.
At Nebula, we approach engineering as a connected and iterative system, where ideas are in a constant state of testing and refinement. We place a strong emphasis on modular design. Every engineering decision we make is intentional, with the goal of creating a robot that performs reliably under pressure.
A fun fact about our team is that we named our team Nebula because, like a real nebula, our best ideas start out chaotic and slowly take shape into something unique and intentional. Additionally, our team utilizes our advanced robotics skills to adapt toys and systems for differently abled people in our community! (We can provide more information on this if needed!)
One of our most memorable moments in FTC was taking fourth place at our regional event for the first time. That performance, along with winning the Think Award, allowed us to advance to this premier event.
