We are FTC Team 25564 Mid Chaotics, proudly representing Beştepe College in Ankara, Türkiye.
We believe that chaos is not disorder, but simply a different kind of order waiting to be understood. Some of the best ideas emerge from scattered notes, last-minute challenges, late-night inspiration, and shared laughter. To us, engineering is not always a perfectly linear process; sometimes, it is the art of creating meaning from complexity.
Our team was founded by our high school robotics community, FRC Team 8795 The Chaotics, whose mentorship continues to inspire and guide us. For us, chaos is not just part of our name; it is a mindset that fuels creativity, resilience, and innovation.
As boarding school students, some of our most creative ideas come long after bedtime. After countless late nights in the workshop, we realized that our red plaid pajamas had unintentionally become part of our identity. What began as a practical reality quickly turned into our signature look. If you spot a team carrying a robot in matching pajamas, you’ve probably found Mid Chaotics.
Another tradition that defines us is ending almost every project with dancing. Whether our robot performs exactly as planned or presents us with unexpected engineering surprises, we believe every milestone deserves celebration.
What makes us special is the way we combine serious engineering with joy, discipline with creativity, and chaos with our own unique sense of order. Because sometimes, the most remarkable systems are born from a little controlled chaos.
