28395 Pixel Raptors
Washington, USA
Hi everyone! We’re the Pixel Raptors from the Pacific Northwest of the USA, based in Bothell, Washington. We’re a community-based team of middle- and high-schoolers, brought together by robotics and a drive to explore all that engineering has to offer, including cutting 40 shooter plates before finding the iteration that actually worked.
2025–26 was our rookie year. Somehow we ranked #1 at the Asimov Super Qualifier, advanced to the Washington State Championship, and earned invitations to Eindhoven, South Bend, and Sydney, which is progress we honestly can’t believe we achieved.
Our primary ongoing goal this season was to introduce our members to robotics and build a platform for our team to continue in the years to come. In our first season, we’ve assembled mentors from Amazon, Microsoft, and Boeing to help us learn the ropes. Secondarily, we hope to build relationships with other teams and start assisting our community, goals we achieved through the Washington State competition and donating tools to a local makerspace, respectively.
Fun fact about us: our favorite step of the robot-building process was giving robots irrelevant and spontaneous names — V1 was dubbed “Shipping Container,” and V5, the one we’ll bring to Eindhoven, is “Express Delivery.”
See you in Eindhoven!
