ByteForce 19234
Building the future, byte by byte
We are ByteForce 19234, a team of 14 students from the National College „Vasile Alecsandri” in Galați, Romania, supported by 3 mentors and a dedicated volunteer network. Founded in 2016, we are one of the longest-running robotics teams in our city, and we have spent nearly a decade proving that consistent effort leads to measurable results.
We don’t just build robots. We build skills, shape futures, and create opportunities within our team and beyond. Byte by byte. We invest in continuous development, knowledge transfer, and mentorship between members, ensuring that each generation builds on the progress of the previous one. This approach develops not only skilled engineers, but also responsible leaders.
Through structured workshops, open robotics days, school presentations, and community demos, we actively bring STEAM education to students of all ages and backgrounds, creating hands-on experiences that are accessible and designed for lasting impact. We also founded Romanian Girls in STEM, a community initiative that supports and encourages girls to pursue STEM.
Our technical results reflect this foundation. We advanced to the national division finals and earned the Control Award at both regional level and at the FTC European Premier Event 2025, recognition that reflects disciplined engineering, rigorous iteration, and strong performance under pressure.
We grow individually, but even more so together, as a team built on resilience, accountability, and a shared drive to push further each season.
We are ByteForce 19234, proudly representing Galați and Romania, decoding the future, byte by byte.
